This website is provided using ChatGPT Sites, a hosting service offered by OpenAI. When the site is accessed, technical information required to deliver and secure the website may be processed, including IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, date and time of access and technical log data.

The contact form on this website prepares an email in the visitor’s local email application. The website itself does not store or submit the entries. Only when the visitor sends the prepared email are the provided name, email address, company information, subject and message transmitted to Ecolation.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures and otherwise on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding effectively to enquiries.
Ecolation currently does not use optional analytics or marketing cookies on this website. The hosting platform may use strictly necessary technologies required for security and operation. If optional analytics, marketing, authentication, or convenience features are added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.
Personal data is transferred only where legally permitted, required to provide the website, necessary to respond to an enquiry, or processed by contracted technical service providers.
