Biography
Prof. Dr. Reinhard Schomäcker advises Ecolation on scientific development and the translation of chemistry into viable industrial pathways.
He led the Department of Technical Chemistry at TU Berlin for more than 25 years. His research spans catalysis, colloids, kinetics and reaction engineering—fields directly connected to the disciplined design and scale-up of chemical processes.
Reinhard has accompanied more than ten university spin-offs and served on the board of the UniCat Cluster of Excellence. At Ecolation, he brings scientific perspective together with extensive experience in technology transfer and research-based entrepreneurship.
